1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and niceph11 ("niceph11," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the niceph11 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of niceph11 complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. niceph11 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 Account Registration

To use niceph11 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Notify niceph11 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

niceph11 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one account with niceph11. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. niceph11 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void bets, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

niceph11 supports a variety of payment methods for deposits, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other locally available payment options. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You agree that:

• All funds deposited into your niceph11 account must be your own and derived from legitimate sources.
• You will not use niceph11 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or at niceph11's sole discretion.
• niceph11 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, and all requested documentation must be provided and approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• niceph11 processes most withdrawals within 24 hours, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
• niceph11 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity.

3.3 Fees and Charges

niceph11 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may impose its own fees, which are beyond niceph11's control. You are responsible for any such fees.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on niceph11 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are correct before confirming them. niceph11 is not liable for any errors or mistakes made by you when placing bets.

4.2 Game Integrity and Fairness

All games offered on niceph11 are provided by licensed and certified third-party gaming providers. These games use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested and audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. niceph11 does not control or influence game outcomes.

4.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts will be void. niceph11 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and resolve the issue promptly. niceph11 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.

4.4 Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play

niceph11 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, collusion, or any other activity that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. Examples of prohibited conduct include but are not limited to:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee wins.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage .
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using niceph11 bonuses.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

niceph11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the Platform at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may require a qualifying deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• niceph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the niceph11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and game content, is the property of niceph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Use any niceph11 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

niceph11 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

9. Account Suspension and Termination

niceph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any other niceph11 policies.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, niceph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if niceph11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

niceph11's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph11 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless niceph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with niceph11 informally by contacting our customer support team. niceph11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and niceph11 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and niceph11 relating to the subject matter hereof.
